INDIAN PATENT STATISTICS

A total of 1,736 patent applications were published in the 5th issue of the Patent Journal, 2022. Of the 1,736 applications published in the journal, 774 applications represent early publications while 962 applications represent ordinary publications or later publications. 18 – month period. A total of 911 applications were granted last week, compared to 587 grants the week before last, marking an increase of approximately 55.2%.

The total entries from each of the previously mentioned cities are as follows – 39 entries from Delhi, 19 entries from Mumbai, 18 entries from Pune, 53 entries from Bangalore, 96 entries from Chennai, 96 entries from Hyderabad and 12 entries from Kolkata.
