INDIAN PATENT STATISTICS

A total of 1,217 patent applications were published in the 4th issue of the Patent Journal, 2022. Of the 1,217 applications published in the journal, 370 applications represent early publications while 847 applications represent ordinary publications or post-publications. 18 – month period. A total of 587 applications were awarded last week compared to 443 grants the week before last marking an increase of approximately 32.51%

The total entries from each of the previously mentioned cities are as follows – 23 entries from Delhi, 33 entries from Mumbai, 20 entries from Pune, 25 entries from Bangalore, 48 entries from Chennai, 30 entries from Hyderabad and 3 entries from Kolkata.
