Hot Homes: Mile High Listings Under $1 Million

The city’s housing market appears ripe for change as the median closing price of a home fell in late May from April, according to the last report by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors.

Yes, but: The decline was only about a quarter of a percentage point, according to Andrew Abrams, chairman of DMAR’s market trends committee.

The big picture: Price gains are stabilizing and inventory increases could prove to be “the first signs that the gravity of higher mortgage rates may finally be starting to bring the Denver metro housing market down to earth.” reports the Denver Post.

  • The stock of single-family homes has increased by 111.6% compared to 2021.

Here’s a collection of ads across the subway, all under $1 million.
